CFBoA Webinar: Earth, Air and Water (Farming for the Future)
Wednesday 4 June 2025
Workshops

Join Climate Friendly Bradford on Avon for talks and discussion on sustainable farming practices, linking earth, air, water, nutrient-rich food and biodiversity.
‘The future of food is either sustainable, or there isn’t one’. These are the words of Lord Deben, Chair of the Climate Change Committee (2012-2023), at Sustain’s AGM in 2023 and he emphasised the key role of soil and water health, trees and biodiversity in addressing climate change.
Climate Friendly Bradford on Avon's webinar will introduce you to what recent development and research will help us to farm sustainably and what still needs to be done.
Speakers include:
- Professor Andrew Neal, Rothamsted Research
- Emeritus Professor Karl Ritz, University of Nottingham
- Professor Nicola Cannon, Royal Agricultural University
- Jo Lewis, Chief Executive, Wiltshire Wildlife Trust
- CHAIR: Helen Taylor, CFBoA member, Founder of One Blue Marble
The webinar takes place on Zoom on Wednesday 4 June from 7pm to 8.30pm and is free to attend. To find out more and register your place, visit https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/earth-air-and-water-farming-for-the-future-tickets-1335232258629
